An advertisement has a general minimum duration of three months and may be terminated with two week's notice before expiry. Should the contract not be terminated, the duration will be extended by one month each time. The customer is responsible for the correctness of the information provided. The Customer guarantees at the same time that all persons represented are of major age and that the details included in the advertisement are correct. All and any publication of the advertisement, photographs and texts in www.intimes-revier.de, projects of Intimes Revier and partners and moblie services are ordered by the Customer who expressly agrees to this.

Intimes Revier shall not be liable for any failures or charges which may incur by the User from losses of utilization, data losses, reduced transmission speed, and others.

It is not permitted to publish data material which may infringe copyright, stands for extreme political opinions or is illegal. No data material, in particular images, which are subject to a copyright, will be published. The Customer is solely responsible for his illegal use of images which are protected by copyright.

Intimes Revier reserves the right to process or retouch images infringing the law for the protection of the youth in the freely accessible area of our services, or to refuse their publication.
